  • chromatopelma cyaneopubescens slings :(

Hi all. I've has a little problem with my chromatopelma cyaneopubescens slings. Out of the four that i keep two died recently during molt time. (one died during, the other pre-molt). I have changed nothing in the way that i keep them and they had no problems with the previous molt. They were at the same temperature, humidity had no mites or mold. Is this death rate normal? or am i just extremely unlucky? Of the remaining two, one has molted and is looking extremely healthy, the other is yet to molt. ANy ideas?

Thanks for the reply. The American Tarantula society suggested i keep them remarkably dry and that should help. I've just purchased two juveniles and they are in superb shape, i'm hoping they'll both make it to adults.
