In some species there are male accessory organs that can look like developing spermathecae. They are wider at the base than at the apex though.
That certainly looks to be a male due to the absence of a uterus externus, and also the absence of the bursa copulatrix.
If you have a closer picture, please add it here, but there is nothing on your picture that indcates a female to me.

I have to agree with Phil (and Craig from AP) both being arachnid keepers that are very experienced (and qualified) in sexing from exuvium.
No visible female reproductive organs (bursa copuletrix, uterus externus ) in that particular image indicates male to me also.Don't forget to learn what you can, when you can, where you can.
