Bites

Although I've kept spiders for many years,I have never been bitten [yet].
Hair flicking ..yes. the worst been caught in the eye ..3 weeks of pure hell and almost a trip to the hospital!
I know about the general reactions from a spider bite,but has anyone been bitten where it has resulted in medical treatment and if so which type of spider was it?

luckily I have only ever had one dry bite, from a P. rufilata.
