Hi all, I am new to this site but have been collecting T's for almost 3 years now and tbh, its getting to be a bit of an addiction! It seemed a logical step to join a site such as this. This is my first post and Im sorry to say its not the sort of thing I wanted to post first. I was on the classifieds and saw an ad for some 1" T Blondi spiderlings and they were selling for 30 Euros (an offer I didnt want to miss!!) I got intouch with the seller and they seemed to be very helpful untill I sent them the money via paypal. Its now been some time since I sent the money and even with several emails I have had no reply. I was wondering if anyone else has had any dealings with these people? (sweden_tarantulas@live.se, angels_of_morrum@live.se, Lars Jonnie Bursell, A. Bursell and Asarums petshop) I have been ripped of before online when I ordered a tank for my little beastys so I am very unsure about the whole thing. Hopefully it will turn out that I am being a bit hasty or something and that the spider is on its way. I did also place an order for 5x G. Pulchripes and 5x N. Chromatus from Kim (eightlegs31@aol.co.uk) and was VERY happy with my order... They should grow into fine little spiders. Thanx Kim!! I would be interested to hear from anyone else that has placed an order with sweden tarantulas to see if it was a good or bad transaction. Sorry for starting with such an unhappy thread, I shall post some with pics to show you all my growing collection real soon. Ant B

Dont get ripped off by these people!!

I have still had no reply or anything from these people, I have reported it to paypal, they havent had a reply either. They have tried getting some money back but with not alot of joy. Be carefull buying T.Blondi's and P.Metallica's from Sweeden!! (I have a feeling after I placed the first post that they might have changed their paypal and trading names!!)

Hi Ant, thanks for giving us the heads up on this, unfortunately this seems to be happening all too often, and I think you have to stick to recognized and established sellers, that have been used by other collectors in the hobby and come recommended. There are reliable sellers in Germany, who I believe you can get Theraphosas from, Thomas Vinmann for instance, who is a regular visitor to shows in the UK.

Hope paypal can help you, as they usually come down on the side of the buyer.
