need help

Hi all,
I have a juvy Selenocosmia dichromata.....6 to 8 cm....coming soon.
I have set up 2 tanks and need to know if...
A.....any of these would be ok and if so,which one
and
B.....if not...what do I need

firts tank is 18 longx12 wide x 15 high with 8" of sub,
2nd is a medium plastic exo
temps and humidity are fine in both
