  • Leeds top notch

Went to the leeds entomological show today and was impressed, so congrats to the organizers. It was a small show in terms of stalls there but i think the quality of the livestock on sale was very high. I myself managed to buy a fair few new t's and tanks...

    1 x Poecilitheria Formosa
    1 x Haplopelma Lividum
    1 x Haplopelma Albostriatum
    1 x Citharischius Crawshayi
    1 x Cyclosternum Fasciatum
    3 x Pterinochilus Murinus
    1 x Psalmopeus Irmina

and about 4-5 tanks from house of spiders. Fantastic

was a fun show! mainly for the friends i got to hang out and chat with, was great!
it was a small show yes, but as said there were still some cool creatures to be found.
I managed to unload a good number of spiders...and came home with:

Aphonopelma sp New River mated female (thanks Lynn)
Aphonopelma sp "Paysoni" adult female (hopeful id, thanks again Lynn!)
Pandinus imperator adult female (biggest i've seen in a while! big as my hand)
Creobroter gemmatus mated female (beautiful mantid)
Odontomantis sp "Indian red/blue wing" male and female pair

and that's just from the show!
