Does anyone know which of the Lasidora family get to be the largest?
I thought it was L.klugi but not sure.
Any papers or proof would be very handy.
    Thanks,
    Paul

I thought it was the L.Para but that's just hearsay!

L.parahybana is generaly recognised as the second largest Tarantula to
          T. blondi.

L.klugi has a shorter legspan than Parahybana but is much chunkier, it is regarded by some to be the heaviest Tarantula, but others say Hysterocrates hercules is the heaviest.

          Confusing aint it

I think I'd have to agree with Chris on this one, apart from the Apophysis can end up with a bigger leg span than the Blondi, but are lighterweight. One of our big female L. Paras is at least a 10" leg span, and they are of course, a good value terrestial display T.
