Need help!

Hello All!

I have some problem here.
Before ney year my friend Ota from Prague, czech republic, had ordered several Smith's "In Search of Mexico's Brachypelma" dvds for me.
Time passed and he had no any reply from the Fitzgerald Publishing about the order.
Can anyone in UK contacting the Publishing office and ask what is the problem with this exact order?
I can wait for years, no problem, but the main is that some of my friends gave a money for purchasing several of these for them and I believe unlike me they are not lucky to wait for months thus...

Does anyone can assist with this?

Hi Mikhail, I ordered the same dvd from a retailer here and was told they were ltd editions and couldnt get any more. I'm as puzzled as you are as the advertisements are still running for the dvd. I'd like to own a copy myself. I could give them a call if I can find a contact number for them as I could then order my copy also!

I see. That's sounds very strange to me. Anyway I just wonder why they don't just write back with this information against the order.
