Confusion!!!

I was told that there would be a meeting regarding the Rio de Ganiro episode... from a different source... but very close to "home" I might add.... and I was also told that Mr Ardern would not be making a statement of any kind either way ... to defend himself or apologise....

The public do really have a right to know as we are the consumer and it is our money that brings business to TSS....

The fact that it is all being kept "hush hush" with threads being closed/made private etc isnt really giving a good image for TSS who I have personally been a good customer of in the past and have spent a lot on my money with.

Basically I think everyone wants to know ,,, was the media right? were the "facts" correct or werent they? Was there more to it? Was Mr Ardern innocent or not?

I myself have noticed that TSS sales seem to be dwindling a lot, sales have gone down ,,, stock is surely considerably less in amount and variety as it used to be... the shop is suffering, and if it justified then shouldnt the shops good name from the past be cleared so business can be resumed as normal?

I personally like TSS and had a lot of good quality, good value, good priced specimens, very well packed with prompt delivery and excellent customer service from them .... one of the reasons I havn't bought from them lately is that I have been buying snakes as I have an almost full collection of T's that I wanted (all that were on my "want list") from TSS ....

But we, as the consumers, do really ... if u think about it ,,, have a right to know what is going on ... as it's customers money that keep TSS trade going......

I also think it is unfair that other people are asking what the situation is as the consumer and getting their threads blocked, moved, taken down... whatever.

There seems to be a big hush on this matter ....

We spend the money and we (a lot of others inc) have a right to know ... not get threads closed... and this has been happening since the Rio incident...

The more it's hushed the more others are going to come to their own conclusions... which will not be good for TSS ... or BTS as BTS will be seen in some eyes as "covering up" ...............

I have spoken to some individuals ... and it seems there will be no statement made from Mr Ardern as the media will not retract their statement apparently ...... but the truth shud be brought to light ... as If Mr Ardern is innocent then his business will suffer badly if he doesnt, even more than it has so far .... I have always had faith in TSS in the past ...

It is TSS decision whether to publically comment on the situation or not. The BTS has no influence on the matter either way.

Basing opinions and commenting on hearsay and speculation is precisely why threads have to be monitored.

The BTS cannot cover up what it does not know. Its is only a misguided public and conspiracy theorist who seem to think the BTS has some sort of knowledge more than what is currently at large.

As far as I am aware the private venture know as the Spidershop are still trading online and all problems with the situation pertaining to Mr Arderns, arrest should be directed to them and his lawyers.

As Mr Ardern has declined to defend any or all posts about this alleged incident then what do you want the BTS to say.

We live in a litigious society and public banter and hearsay can quickly become tomorrows court case.

Threads closed on this forum were done to protect the BTS from such litigation and not to cover up any sort of conspiracy.

I did ask TSS and people working with TSS ... who have since left as they have "lost faith"

I can assure you that no one here as in the Committee, or the moderation team have any connection or shares in the private company trading at the Spidershop.

We do not hold any information other than what has been said.

Mr Ardern's business concerns are purely his own.
