  • New Baboon spider book available at BTS lectures

    Patrick has sent over a batch of both the soft and hardback versions of his new baboon spider book.

    These will be available for viewing and purchase at the BTS February lectures.

    I am not making any money out of these sales (just selling them at cost), but they are still relatively expensive (hardback c. £55, softback slightly less) due to bank fees and postage from South Africa.

    So if you want to see/buy a copy of this book please see me at the lectures.

    Cheers,
    Richard

    I would love a copy of this book, is there any chance of a delivery to a home address?

      I'd prefer collection in person at the BTS lectures, but if you're prepared to pay extra for the P&P I'm sure I can sort one out for you (e-mail me and I'll find out what signed-for P&P will cost).

      These are the prices:

      Hardback = £58.62
      Softback = £43.74

      These prices are at cost, so by spreading the bank fees and shipment costs this is the most economical way for folks to get their hands on this great book (works out cheaper than buying direct from RSA).

      Cheers,
      Richard

        Beautiful book. I was very impressed when i leafed through it. Wish I'd bought one from you, but by the time I'd made my mind up you'd gone (hadn't realised you weren't staying for the dinner)!

          Hi Mike,
          Yeah, unfortunately I had to get on the road early.

          I've still got some copies available (more hard than soft), so perhaps you might like to get one posted to you? E-mail me and I'll work out the cost.

          Cheers,
          Richard

            I made the mistake of not taking out cash at the service station thinking there may have been an atm at the hotel or over at starbucks at the new lodge but failed on both there so had no cash to buy the book. Do you think there will be any chance there will be books still available to buy at the BTS expo in May?

              I was just going to ask the same thing. Picking it up from the May show would save me postage and you a trip to the Post Office. I'm happy to pay for it now - so long as you don't mind having my book cluttering up your house for the next couple of months!
