Help with BTS membership

I recently had a total new windows install along with a new email provider. During all this I've forgotten both my user name and password, and don't see an option to have them emailed to me anywhere. I know my membership is either out of date or coming close to renewal, so can any of the admin help me with the status of my membership and recovering my login details.
