  • Does anyone make their own viv's?

I've got a very small aquarium which would be perfect size/viewing for a T enclosure. The problem is the lid. I would need to make a new one that doesnt just flip up or have a massive hole in! Any advice for materials/how to?

And with ventialtion, can this all be gained through the lid or am I going to have to start messing with the sides of it?

    thank you

    Jo

If you look on ebay you can buy fine gauge steel mesh ideal for knocking up viv lids...just get some wood to make the outer frame and sandwich the mesh between it...i bought about 2 square foot of mesh a while ago for about 8quid....or you can get a sheet of glass to use as a lid and buy a drill bit for cutting glass and put some holes in it for ventilation...mmmmm
all those moments will be lost in time.....like tears........in rain
