This is my B.smithi I got at the bts fair ..
But it was unsexed so any ideas..???

Hi john,
The best way to sex your tarantula is by microscope.I purchased one for my daughter for around £30 from toys r us. It has 3 magnifications to choose from. X150. X600. X900. I use this to sex my tarantulas and it serves its purpose very well. If you do not want to buy a microscope, you can send a molt to chris carter, BTS member. If he has time I'm sure he will be able to help you sex your tarantula.

i think is not in pre molt... When this brachypelma is in pre molt the abdomen become dark purple... anyway better pics are better
