Never under estimate a tarantula, they all have different personalitys. My white knee has gone for me before while i was just changing her water

Also what if the male ran quickly from the female after mating as that usually happens and fell of your leg onto the floor, resulting in seriuos injury to itself
So yes a brave man in some respect risking your t's well being
