Unfortunately Ming, i've only seen this sort of thing once myself with a wild caught tarantula.
This particular spider had internal parasites causing the insides to from a kind of "thick mushy soup", it died fairly soon after it gave up movement.
I hope i'm wrong and maybe some others on here have other possibilities of this scenario and it's not as bad as it seems.

nematodes, very small "worm-like" creatures, normally clear or slightly creamy coloured

          OH my God....
do you know how long a tarantula can live with nematodes inside? I have slings too here...

They can live for quite a long time in the tarantula as they slowly feed off the interior liquids that are produced in most cases.

If you follow a good safe protocol and wash hands, not use same equipment for all spiders etc then you'll reduce the chance of any transfer.

That is if this is what the problem is, we might just be wrongly looking at worst case scenario.

Is there any other possibility besides nematodes?

so, the yellow liquid indicating nematodes? there are no worms tho, but I'm not sure...
how much is the size of the worms anyway?

Possibility that it's forced out the contents of the "pumping stomach" I don't know of any specific reasons for this happening though.

The nematode situation is just a possibility based on what i've seen myself on a WC spider, i'm not saying it's definitly the fact.
Nematodes can be microscopic through to several mm long
