  • My rosea its molting for the first time......advice...?

Hi im very happy to see that my "Hendrix" is about to molt, for the first time since ive got her/him last year in august. As you can see in the pics below, she flipped and started the all process, of changing the "coat".

I would like a bit of an advice on how to care, do i spray some of the substrate of water to rise a bit of humidity, or i just seat back and relax, its the first time that im expierencing, one of my larger T's molting, and i just don't wanna do anything that i shouldn't.
Chilean rosea are pretty easy to care, but at this stage im not sure if i have to rise the humidity...thats all, because i do that usually when my avics are shedding, and my smithi did.
Anyway if you can advice me i'll appriciate it!!!

Just leave her be, she'll be fine. As long as she's had access to water before the molt she should manage OK. There is no need to mist the enclosure and you may do more harm than good if you disturb her. It's always a worrying time for the keeper. Post some pics of her in her new clothes!

Not too very soon, I hope. They need at least 24 hours for that new exoskeleton to harden up before being stressed. Just a suggestion, I wait a couple days, and at least a week or two before offering food. Isn't this just a grand hobby?!
They've got oour names! It's the pris'n hoose for us!
