    P.Regalis probs

    How long do Poecilitheria Regalis males maintain their mating "vigour" before they become obsolete for breeding purposes? I have a male that matured according to his previous owner 4-6 months ago and my female decided now is the time to barricade herself in . So was just wondering how long ive got before he just becomes a fast meal rather than a mating partner?

    Hey mate,aslong as he's still making sperm web's he's good to go-male's may live around or upto a year after maturing.
    Give your female a few week's though after moulting-feed her up good and put him in there and leave him. I've had a m/m p striata in with my female since the 4th august!!

      Only got him on saturday, so at least expected a week or so of settling in before i saw any sperm webs being made.
