  • lasiodora parahybana spiderling not eating

    hi guys / gals

some help/info needed with my LP spiderling ,ive had her now nearly 4 weeks the first week it ate no problem but for the last few weeks has point blank refused to eat anything . i have tried micro crickets micro redrunner roaches ,baby wax worms and baby meal worms and nothing is grabbing her attention ........ still looks very healthy and is active ,only her abdomin has a small dark patch nothing else is going darker ........ temp and humidity is fine ! just a bit concerned as its my first spiderling !

Chances are its coming up to a molt. Be careful not to leave any crickets in the tub with it as if it does molt a hungry cricket might cause damage or even kill the T while its molting.

If it looks healthy I wouldn't worry too much, these things eat like horses and grow really quickly so expect a newly moulted T any time soon
