Is the Brachypelma bohemi suitable as a beginner tarantula?

I've already owned a Brachypelma albopilosum and a few Grammostola rosea's.

Is the bohemi a suitable "step-up" from the tarantulas i've already had experience with?

Any comments or experiences with this species would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi
Boehmei are good as a step up, they are fairly calm, but they will flick hair if disturbed too much. they can be fussy eaters, mine only eat at night, and will not touch brown crickets. They are beautiful display species. real prima donnas

I have a boehmei large sling and a tiny one. The larger is in pre moult and eats anything normally even if its a bit big!!! But I think it can depend on the spider. My G rosea on the other hand would rather starve than eat anything but brown crix! Mad isnt it how they all have their different ways just like people and other animals!!!
