Just a quick one to see if anyone is having drinks on the saturday evening before SEAS?

Myself and Mandy are travelling over on the saturday as it's a fair distance for us (her from Exeter, myself from Liverpool) and staying in the Premier Inn on the leisure park. (think it's just over the motorway from the hotel the show is in).

Would love to meet up with anyone else there on the sat night for a drink!

Hi Joanna
We're staying in the Ashford International and taking advantage of the deals there, as well as the facilities. From what I can gather it requires a taxi ride to get from one to the other because there's no easy way of crossing the dual carriageway. I believe we're setting the tables up so that around 6pm we can get over to the retail park and hit Franky & Bennies for some top tucker! I'm definitely returning to Ashford as that's where some traders (and hopefully BTS members) are staying so its a good source for a good chat and a pint.

The invicta arachnids people are staying at the ashford international as they have given a good deal to traders and organisers. As Pete said, we will be dining at frankie and bennies, I'm not sure what bar facilities there are on the leisure park for drinking etc but I may have a drive over tonight to see what's about as I definitely wanna socialise with people the night before.

Please keep us updated, if possible to where people might be having a drink, Mandy and I would both love to meet up with you guys We both had our children with at the BTS show. we did pop to the pub the night before, but was difficult to socialise (or drink) with them there. As Pete said most of us are staying at the Ashford international, we are setting the two halls up at 6pm and we have a table for 12 booked at Frankie and Bennies at 9pm.
There is an excellent Bar In the restaurant seperate from the eating area, might i suggest that we all meet in this bar after the meal and stay untill it closes, when we can all crawl back to our own hotels

You will enjoy Eurika Leisure park There is a 12 screen Cineworld multiplex, a gym and Swimming pool and 6 Restaurents.

The Park is on the opposite side of Jct 9 from the Ashford International but is about 1 mile from it by road.

if you fancy some shopping on Saturday ladies, there is a huge Mcarthur Glen designer factory outlet next to Ashford rail station, you cant miss it it looks like a series of giant tents from the road.Loads of shops hours of shopping.

The Invicta committee will be setting the halls up at 6pm,the second hall will be open from 6-8pm for dealers to store stock overnight. We are then getting our gladrags on and have a table for 12 booked at F&B for 9pm.
After the meal we will hit the bar at about 10, you cant fail to miss us we will be the chimps tea party on a big table in the middle of the restaurant.
You and Joanna are more than welcome to join us for dinner, let me know and i will add two seats to the booking.
