Help with molt!

Hey everybody i hope someone can help me.
Just found my 4.5 inch G. rosea on her back, the problem is there are 2 medium sized black crickets in her enclosure, now do i get them out or will they not harm a tarantula that size?

take the crickets out before the damage=kill the spider
