    gutted

    hi everyone after months and months of trying to help my acanthoscurria geniculata i lost her tonight and im well gutted . she was full grown when i got her so i can only presume it was old age as there was no obviouse signs of any other problem. i try'de my very best to help her but there's only so much we can do.

    very sorry to hear...how long had you had her? it's true that if you get an adult, you don't always know how long they've got left...i've had this happen a few times now myself

      hi there james i had her a little over 3 years it's such a shame it wasn't a lot longer as she was a great t to have very laid back concidering her size and temperament. i suppose that when you buy a full grown tarantula it's a case of pays your money take your chance if thats the right way to put it. anyway thanks for your reply james.
