Stop worrying, it is normal for a tarantula to stop feeding before a moult.
This can be from a few days and up to several months so a measly 11 days is nothing to worry about, in fact i have some spiders that i only feed once every 4-5 weeks and even then they miss the odd feed. A well fed tarantula can go without food for upto 2 years if it has fresh water available.
