      I found some on ebay but i'm pretty sure they could be sourced at other livefood sources. I'm going to have a look :O)

        as for the roach colony, i got a tub from Virginia Cheesman http://www.virginiacheeseman.co.uk/ £6 a tub which i have to be honest may be a little over priced but seeing as i was getting 2 T's at the time and i had read Pete's post i though why not, its probably all i will ever pay for them!
