  • Egg sac help!

    HI all,

Over the last 6 months I have paired all these tarantulas......

    Avicularia versicolor
    Brachypelma albopilosum
    Ceratogyrus marshalli
    Chilobrachys sp. Aladdin
    Euathlus sp. Blue
    Eupalaestrus campestratus
    Grammostola rosea
    Pelinobius muticus
    Pterinochilus chordatus
    Pterinochilus lugardi

Yet I cant get any to drop an egg sac. I was just wondering if anyone has has success breeding these species before, what did you go to get them to drop an egg sac, like raising temp, humidity ect.....?

    Cheers Sean

My P chordatus dropped a sac either today or yesterday and she is kept at room temp around 22c and whatever the sun decides to throw at the room. I spray her enclosure every now and again so she can have a drink but I dont and didnt do anything special. She was mated in late september and well dropped this week.
