                  OK folks, now that I've given you a couple of extra hours to sweat it out, it's time to announce the winner!

                  Well done to everyone for playing. We had quite a range of answers of interesting answers.

                  Unfortunately nobody guessed the correct answer. To be fair, the photo of the egg sac on my hand is a bit misleading as I have enormous hands! The correct amount of eggs, believe it or not was... 165!

                  But it seems we have some controversy! The person who guessed closest was Giraud Nicolas (152) but it clearly states UK based users only in the rules. So your entitled to the bragging rights Giraud, but nothing else unfortunately.

                  So the prize of 1 Haplopelma lividum spiderling goes to our second placed finisher...... Kelly Battman (140)

                  Well done Kelly!! You were out by a country mile, but closer than the rest of the field!
