Environmental behaviour between sexes in Monocentropus balfouri?

I have three M.balfouri, two unsexed and one definite mature male. One of my two unsexed spiders never surfaces and has created a deep burrow within the substrate which can be seen through the side of my enclosure but not heavily webbed even though this enclosure has been its home for the last two moults. The second unsexed spider has also created a burrow and rarely surfaces but has heavily webbed outside the borrow entrance as well as covering the enclosure top to bottom.
My mature male is out of his burrow regularly and I have recently witnessed him preparing what I believe to be a sperm web. Apart from that there isn’t much webbing at all in my male’s enclosure.

    So my question is....

Is there different characteristics in how spiders act between sexes be it web laying, sociability, activeness etc etc?

This question is aimed mainly at M.balfouri but if there are any other species with such differences I’d like to hear about them.

Any input is good input for me.

    Regards
    Ian.
