  • Should I mate them?

My friend's B. emilia male just finally moulted and is an adult now. My female which I bought last autumn didn't moult since then. I guess she is not going to moult since autumn...so, should we give it a try and mate them or wait for the female to moult? What do you think?
If we do mate them, will the female have enough time to lay the eggsac and hatch it?

    regards,
    Matjaz

I'd say put them together and she what reaction you get from the female. I have recently had a C. fimbriatus drop and eggsac 16 months after being mated and 17 months after it's last moult.
