Looking for Mr J S Durham

Hi all , need your help. At the BTS Exhibition Mr J.S.Durham took a BTS leaflet and then sent it back to us along with his cheque. Unfrotunaltly he forgot to put his addess in with it. Does anyone know this guy. I need to sort his membership out. If you do can you either PM me or ask him to contact us asap.
