Should be fine. This was by iPhone. Using forum runner you can also use the mobile theme.

Select it at bottom of page. It's a default skin but should be fine

the alternative is to set up an free account with image hosting companies like Flikr or Photobucket, upload the images there and use the supplied code to inset the images wherever you wish. Its what most people do for forum postings.
