I use fish flakes/pellets also with crushed up hamster food and cat food.
I also give them in a seperate part of the container a carrot or something similar for moisture. Mealworms are fine but need to be gut loaded with something other than bran like potatoe or something which needs to be replaced daily. I try to vary their diets but end up buying just about every type of live food coz I have geckos as well and they get bored easily!
