Hey, if you didn't yet hear, hopefully there will be a cracking talk about Tarantulas from around the most dangerous cites of the most dangerous country in the Americas, which yesterday i was proud and delighted to discover beat Iraq, Somalia, Congo, Eritrea etc to the Number1 place for Highest Murder Rate of the World ..... Honduras !!
And yes, it will be my talk. If i make it to the lectures alive.
(actually i was then very amused to find out the second worst country in the world ranking is El Salvador, and i was searching for tarantulas just on the border of these two countries. When i stopped in the Salvador border town for lunch, my spider senses were tingling, and i thought, hmmm. this town doesn't look too safe...)
