Hello.I just wondered whether anyone could tell me why,at times,my slings seem to climb to the top side of their tub,and stay there for a while? Is it something I'm doing wrong? My B Smithi baby (1.5cm) doesn't seem to do this at all,but my G.Pulchra sling (2cm) and my Menocentropus Balfouri sling (1.5cm) do.If this is normal behaviour, then I'm happy.

My GBB sling managed to get out and climb 3 meters to the top of the ceiling! It was a miracle I managed to get her back, the little minx. (Although, that's not what I was calling it when it was out).Originally posted by Paul Welsh View PostHello Paul. No,sub's ok.Cheers ! Phil...Yeah...I think the G.P especially is a just a naughty little explorer ( incidentally,I never realised a sling could have SO much character !! ),and the M.B has now settled down.Cheers boys !
Both the GBB and the B Smithi are considered terrestrial, but both my slings love climbing. I guess it's like real kids, they'll climb anything they can, lol.

Didn't you post this same query in a different thread?Originally posted by Paul Welsh View PostHello everyone. Are multiple slings safe in seperate containers in a thermostatically controlled vivarium, providing they're all happy existing at the same temp?Thank you in advance.
Anyway, it doesn't matter. Please read Temperature.... Note that I have a newer update about 90% complete and will be posting it "real soon now." Check back every few weeks.

Hi Stan.Sorry it's been a while....Yes,it was indeed myself who asked the viv question on another thread.I have since bought a 3' viv,and have my 5 babies in there. They all seem to be doing great!Temp is always around 25 C in the viv...I have the babies' tubs a third on the heat mat to allow for cool spots, use a syringe to water ( Not misting,as I believe misting upsets them ) and keep them hydrated, and they seem to be happy.
My bed/spider room is absolutely not the warmest during Winter,so i believe this is the best way to ensure they are comfortable.Cheers Stan.Kindest regards Paul.
