T's eating everything nothing left behind - is this ok?

My G. Pulchra and my A. Geniculata is being fed a mealworm/waxworm or a cricket once a week. They eat everything and I cannot see any remains left behind for me to clean up. Is this okay?

Perfectly normal.
There will be no remains to find on such soft prey.
If there prey was something like a locust then there would be more to find.
