Hi, well the 29th BTS Exhibition is rapidly approaching and we have made some ground breaking changes.
First, is the superb new venue.
It will be held at the RICOH ARENA, Coventry on Sunday 18th May 2014. After ten years at the Coseley School we felt, after consultation with many members, that we need to move things up a gear. The school has served us well but I openly admit that for the last couple of years we have had few issues. With this in mind we decided it was time to find a new venue. The Committee were tasked with finding a new site for the exhibition and after a long search we were directed towards the RICOH ARENA by a good friend of Angela and myself. (Thanks Vanessa

)- It is 1300sqm and will allow us to house the exhibition under one roof. The BTS Exhibition will be held in the EON Lounge on the second floor. It is a versatile, column free room. It boasts natural daylight, high ceilings, inbuilt Audio Visual facilities and a magnificent view of the pitch. The EON Lounge is the ideal location for the all new BTS Exhibition.
- There is on site accommodation and we have negotiated excellent rates. Single rooms (bed and breakfast) £48.50, double rooms (bed and breakfast) £56.00. (Call Vanessa or Laura at Swordfish to book on 0121 452 4454and quote BTS2014. Credit card details will be required as a guarantee but payment is direct with the hotel)
- If you are visiting the BTS exhibition why not make a weekend of it and join us for the legendary “BTS Night Before” get together. Over the years we have organised a pre-exhibition meet in a local pub. Last year we were joined by over 60 friends of the BTS at the event. The “BTS Night Before” is open to everyone to attend and is an opportunity to meet up with some of the exhibitors, visitors and the BTS Committee. This year we are hoping to be able to host the evening in one of the private bars at the Ricoh Arena. Watch this space.
With the hotel on site why not join us for good beer, delicious food and some fine music. Meet up with friends or make new ones. Enjoy a lovely breakfast and be ready for the exhibition the next day. What could be better.
