Here is myself (the short one) and my husband (the slightly taller one) in full fancy dress from this New Year. In case you were wondering, we are leaders on a Christian youth camp and the theme for this New Year was 'Anything from the Bible', we are (obviously!) Noah and his wife!
And, in 'slightly' more sedate garb, me at a friends wedding this December.
Richard Shah, the guy who prays for success for his choice as a career, which is film producing and directing. His secondary (if primary fails) objective in life, is to become a Patholagist, specializing in murder cases.
That's me!
ah just keep your eyes open on the forum, mate...they'll be announcements for upcoming shows etc.
the BTS show, for example, is a big event held at a school in Coseley, West Midlands. traders set up tables and you can buy loads of animals and supplies at cheap prices. also, there are lectures and other attractions. a great way to meet fellow spider-enthusiasts!
there are loads of others, including bug shows and reptile shows, many of which also have the odd spider trader.

Whoa... that sound really great, but I don't think I will be able to go all the way up to the West Midlands from NW London, and I doubt I could ever convince my mum to take me! Maybe when I'm older, I'll still keep a lookout for announcements; are emails automatically sent out to every user of the forum?

Lol - I know you are! Yes, she knows I am into science, as my ambition for the majority of my life was to be a Patholagist, and I still do take great interest in forensics and Patholagy, but my main career option now is to be a film director and producer.
I'll try! Lol.
Cheers,
Rich
