We're up to eight at the moment (as of 18.00 hrs tonight), she's still quite podgy so there may be more coming, she had three throughout the day. fantastic to watch.
Now i know why i work from home...mug of coffee, laptop, paperwork, camera...scorpion giving birth...all to the sound of two Whites tree frogs croaking at each other....bliss !!!
Well we're up to 11 now, quite amazing watching them.
When the last emperor i kept (80's) had young ones it was interesting watching them feed, She catches a locust / waxworm tears it up and the little fellows crawl off her back to feed, they climb back up her legs and off she goes on walk about again. (oh and yes she's very defensive when they're on the ground, i haven't got a shot of this yet but will have when they start)
(excuse the blurred bits on the last shot, it was through the glass)
