hmmmm..... Chris I dont doubt for a minute about the species of the last picture... but compare it to ours and our specimen looks nowt like it?!?!?!
Do they go lighter with every shed or is ours something totally different?
Every picture i have seen on the net looks like yours. Or are there different colour morphs?
Still love it to bits though she's a lovely T.

Mine is about 1 1/2" right now. From pictures I've seen, it looks like they get darker as they get older. I'm not too good at IDing thru pictures but if I had to guess, I would say yours is Haplopelma spp.Watch your thoughts, they become words.

Yeah, going strictly by pictures, I would say either Haplopelma albostriatum (dark specimen) or Haplopelma minax. Either way, she is beautiful.Watch your thoughts, they become words.
