  • First picture of my first T.

    Hi all,

Here's my first shot of Hendrix, my G. pulchripes spiderling.

He (or she) is feeding well, and watching it do so is absolutely
fascinating. I'm so glad I took the plunge into this amazing hobby.

Thanks Ian. Lots of enthusiasts have told me the same thing.
It took much deliberation but I'm so glad I went with this one.

            Thanks for the replies.

Here's my latest shot, taken a couple of days ago. I took a few of them and with every flash he made his way further up the burrow. I got this pic and as I was enthusing over it on the back of the camera he'd turned around and gone back down.

I'll try to get some more soon.

              Latest Pics - Feeding time

Three new shots taken this week, he (or she) is getting a bit braver now.
Still only small, not quite an inch long yet.

Thanks Sarah. I'm finding it fascinating to watch its progress. Unfortunately I've not been around to see a moult as yet, can't wait for that!
