House spider(probably Tegeneria atrica) moulting
“The attitude of the average person to the world they live in is completely selfish. When I take people round to see my animals, one of the first questions they ask (unless the animal is cute and appealing) is, "what use is it?" by which they mean, "what use is it to them?"...By and large, by asking the question "what use is it?" you are asking the animal to justify its existence without having justified your own.” - Gerald Durrell -
cool pics matey! I love watching house spiders though i'v never seen one molting. Once i saw some mating behaviour between two house spiders in my down stairs loo! Every time the male approached females hide she bolted out and he legged it lol It was fun to watch! My Collection: - Support captive breeding

Great photos. I had a moulting house spider fall on to my toaster at home recently, just as I was about to put some bread in it. If it was a few seconds later, it would've been certain doom, as well as an added crunchy bonus for me too!
I put it on some spare coir I had laying around in a dish, and he completed the moult and stumbled away nicely.0.1.0 A. geniculata (Alice)
