I've had this small T for a few months believed to be from the Colombian area but not exactly sure what family as it was bought from a local pet shop as an unknown species apart from the words " Columbia tarantula " nevermind tho as its a nice one specially when the light shines on the little beast.

Doesn't look very Colombian to me? I would think it's a Chilobrachys sp.

More photo's, not sure if possible Euathlus sp, hard to tell as it measured only 1cm when I purchased, brought up on fly then micro crickets, progression seems quick, now measuring 4-5 cm leg span, very quick & skittish but not that aggressive or so it seems, I have recently moved him or her from the small container in which its now out grown to a larger one, no aggression was shown during this but did move lightning fast when needed, tended more to hide if anything , but diet has never been an issue and will eat a 4th size cricket every other day, looks beautiful when the light shines in the right way, will just have to wait and see if any distinguishing marks occur, thanks for your comments so far. Andy
