  • Male/Female ?

Hi All, attached are pics of the freshly shed moult of my 4 year old A. Geniculata. A few moults earlier I was happy he was a he but looking at todays moult there is a flap/protuberance between the two front book lungs where I am sure there wasn`t last time. Any ideas what is happening here and is this a male or a fem ? Opinions valued. Thanks

Looks like a mature female from the pics but if you can take an in-focus close up of the spermatheca (the area between the top book lungs) I can give you a definite answer.
