Hi Daniel - How's it going?

I guess it depends on how bothered you are about picking them up. With all my live food I usually just put my hand in, root around and pull one out. Half the time they jump onto your hand. As long as you're gentle they seem to be okay with it.

I think there are specific bug pickers up there - but the little critters don't bit (or at least I've never been bitten by a cricket or locust).

      Kind Regards.

          Hi Dan:
I got a clear plastic pill vial and cut a hole in the top right near the edge. I set a 2 inch piece of rigid aquarium tubing about 1/2 inch down into the vial and set it with sealant. I dump the pinheads into the vial and hold it on its side with the tube on the "bottom" of the horizontal vial. This allows th pinheads to walk into the tube. When I get the 1,2,or 3 pinheads I need into the tube, I rotate the vial so the tube is at the "top" of the still horizontal vial. No more pinheads can get in. Then I dump them into the Ts home, usually a vial.
Sounds complicated but it sure makes feeding pinheads to s'lings and small scorps quick and easy!
Is this the kind of answer you need?
          Yours in truth,

                    Adam,

I would be intrested in the:

1 adult female Thrixopelma Pruriens; Peruvian green velvet

                    And the:

Grammostola aureostriata sling; Chaco golden knee

However i dont think the sub adult pterincilous murinus is quite for me just yet as they are quite aggesive and i'am prob not redy for that quite yet.
But thank you for the offer

                    DAN

                          Let me know your thoughts.

                          Bob.
I downloaded the vid but my PC cant play it as it cant find Program. exe, needed to run WMV files!

Also my G rosea is about the size of yours at the start of your blog, and mines body is black like yours, but no molt. It seems yours always has a black abdomen.

                            Spiderling VIDS

                            Hi Larry,

                            How's it going?

Sorry for the delay in response... have you had any luck with the videos yet? What system are you running on? Have you got Windows XP? You should be able to view the videos using Windows Media Player which comes with (you guessed it) Windows. Sorry if you already know this, not too sure how computer savy you are.

How is your Rose spiderling getting on? I managed to take some more pictures of him last night. Sometimes his abdomen looks brown in the right light.

                            Ben
