tHAT WILL BE ME THEN Louiseand Mary, Thay take mine every few weeks got used to it now lol, Dont forgrt Mary if you knock off too much food at one go your body goes into Starvation mode and stores fat instead of burning it and it can start to burn muscle instead of fat. I have seen great dietitians and can tell you its not as easy at it seems to some folk. I lost my Thyroid 3 years ago bla bla bla and they still can,t regulate my wieght, mind you having Osteo Bad in one of my knees doesnt help . Yayy another injection hater then, they put a cannula in my arm for jabs and bloods, much easier than a fresh one each time.
I will be starting next week, get this cold over first.

Hi, I'm going to the BTS this year so I'll stick in a couple of pounds, the new Journal was a jolly good read ..... remind me not to be too complacent with those little Gigas of mine lol. Put the collecting box somewhere where we can find it though.
