Hehehehe....Sylvi if he's anything like Macros (my daft male) then he'll have a legendary *sex-drive*!! My silly devil is still tapping to Cleopatra, who is a G Aureostriata...and before that he was knocking to Phoebe, my A.Bicoloratum...and that was despite mating to a second Pulchra girl!
Good luck, and I hope Haggle is soon back with you safe and well...and ready for more mayhem, lol...Congrats on having such a lil cutie.

          Ahhh, merci beaucoup Alex!!
J'ai beaucoup à écrire, mais j'espère que cela donnera une bonne vue de mon expérience. Hmmm...I'm sure I tangled that sentence...but I tried!!

Thanks again, and I hope that my eventual report will be an enjoyable and informative read!

              Congratulations Louise. Excellent result

Are you leaving the eggsac in with the mother or incubating it separately?

Thanks Phil...I'm so chuffed I could burst!! lol The sac is being left with Miranda to take care of until the 6th week roughly...and then I'm having it, it's mine mine mine!!! muahahaha...kidding aside, I can't wait for that day...I'll feel happier once I know that the life within isn't dangling from two impressively long fangs. Then from Ray G's kind assistance in this matter, it should be another 6 weeks of *artificial care* to having slings!

Don't blame you Louise. G. pulchra are lovely spiders, especially when they're freshly moulted

I couldn't agree more, Phil...and their nature is just as stunning as their looks, a definite top 5 fave in my collection.

I suppose Louise, that if Haggle makes more sperm webs on his return he could go out again...... he's having more holidays than me!!!!!! thats not fair!! If all these matings are succesful, we will go to the BTS and if we see CB UK Pulchra slings/juvs we will wonder if their our 'Grandchildren' lol.

EXCELENT that will keep someone up feeding slings all nightI dont suppose you know the age of the female? how many generations she is CB?

I am wondering if this is an adaptation to the captive enviroment?
