A great day out at Mary's

tee-hee, I think its great that you've added to the thread James - perhaps a "feature" that could be used more on this forum, cough cough!
I remember Mary standing well clear of the irminia and I don't believe the lid was opened. I've got a small irminia myself, it hides away in its tubing but it has a lovely pose - like Linford Christie, ready to dart! In contrast Louise has one that has created a burrow popping up at 2 points in the enclosure.
You came home with enclosures? I saw lots but forgot to ask, dam dam dam could do with a few of them in the next couple of days.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who forgets the names of Mary's encylopedia of the species

Hehehehe...Peter and James...sounds like you both had a fab time on your respective visits to our special Mary.

Yup Peter, mine has it's *u-tube* burrow that has exits/entrances in the two rear corners of her home, capped by a tube web. One tube is for lobbing debris out of, the other is for her to grab her dinner!!

And Mary...better watch out when I come to visit...I may have baby snakes with me, LOL, the *egg-laying fest* has begun!! Just don't forget to give me a strap to hold my mouth shut, coz I'm sure my jaw is going to drop when I meet your spids!!
