Thanks for that Alex - I keep my male P.metallica in an exo terra, and will get one for the female too - I find they dry out the substrate pretty well anyway I always keep a fresh water bowl and overfil it every so often to keep 1 corner moist... I've got to go out shopping for my new girl later - so thanks for the tips

Just seen that Lee has a SA for £265 I emailed him asking for one and didn't get a reply. My male probably wouldn't have held out for her to mature anyway...
