Good news, I received an email off the shop today thanking me for bringing this to their attention and have removed the scorpions from their site.
They also asked me if I could provide them with a number and contact at DEFRA, which I have given them.
Although i know there will be some people who would be annoyed at me for 'spoiling their chances of getting these scorps' And for that I do apologise. But is it worth getting into trouble for buying these on line without a license?
But i feel better in the fact that I have probably saved their trading license and reputation... even if they are a bit on the expensive side lol!
