new membership problem

So what is the usual waiting period for the hard copies and membership card? I just purchased my BTS membership and was just curious is all.

Also I just attempted to access the BTS membersite but the username and password in the journal I got in my email isnt working. [the one found in vol 24 no 3]

Hard copie of Vol 24 number 4 will be with you in 28 days or less depending on how busy Angela is.

If you can wait till later tonight I will email you latest codes to access members area..

we are busy trying to process all BTS memberships but as we always say we do this as volunteers and both Ray and myself are snowed under at work and its Christmas soon We will get on to them though and you will all receive your journals soon.

Drop Angela and Ray a message and make sure you include a correct postal address, this has been sent to you and its obviously lost in the Bulgarian postal service.
They will happily send a replacement.

When did you join?

This is very unusual as we get the memberships turned around as soon as we can
