Yes, our best wishes are with you and you hopefully have many good memories of Jim. If it's not too awkward, any special meaning behind the name? I sometimes wonder what people think about us when we name our 8-legged friends and then sometimes wonder about the names themselves.
So how do you know your tarantula is British?

I'm hoping to be there. I'll be returning to Leeds on the Sunday after spending Saturday night in Cheshire. If we get back in time, I'll be popping along. I'm not selling anything but I really want to help see this show grow.
      Gloria my little Brachypelma smithi.

As far as names go, some of them are a concious desicion based on information gathered about the t in question. I named him Jim beam as he reminded me of the bourbon....smooth and golden brown lol. The others have some strange names and some not so strange.

I think we all name our t's just as we name our cats dogs etc..although you cant sit with a spider on you knee infront of the tv (lol) we still have that unique connection with our pets, and when they live for some time we kind of become used to having them around (kind of like an extra family member )

Yeah Leeds was recommended by a good friend and as its a small show we should all do what we can to make sure it grows as there is not enough shows of this nature hehe

MISC will have a table there.

We'll have free care sheets, info about the club and a football card type competition to win.

A House of Spiders 12x8x8 terrestrial set up and an Adult Female G.Rosea (RCF)

          It'll only be a pound a go.

proceeds go to support the development of the club.
